Data Deletion

When you remove Toon Royale from your Facebook account (Facebook > Settings > Apps and websites > Toon Royale > Remove) and ask for your data to be deleted, Facebook tells us and we:

unlink your Facebook login from your Toon Royale account, and
delete the Facebook user number we kept for it. That number is the only thing we ever received from Facebook: we never ask for or store your name, email, photo or friends.

This happens straight away. Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link to this page, where you can check the request.

Your Toon Royale game account (your toons, trophies and Bucks) is the game's own data, not Facebook's, so it is not deleted by this. If you also want it gone:

In the game: Settings > Delete Account (deletes your account, cloud save, progress and all its logins right away), or
By email: write to [email protected] with your Player ID (shown in Settings) and we will delete it.
